The Dibs (Volunteer Bond) program was introduced to encourage association members to become actively involved in the operation and success of St.Albert Ringette Association.

Many of our Association members are unaware of just how much volunteer work and fundraising is necessary to operate a quality ringette program.  The Volunteer Bond Program was introduced in the 2016/2017 season to encourage St.Albert Ringette Association members to step forward and help.
The time commitment is not unreasonable and the help is beneficial and appreciated!! Participation in the Volunteer Bond Program is a mandatory component of registration with St.Albert Ringette Association and in no way does it exclude families from volunteering with their player’s team.

The St.Albert Ringette Association Volunteer Bond program will apply (and become effective) when a player is assigned to a team in the St.Albert Ringette Association. Players who have been released to play with another association are excluded from the Volunteer Bond program.

In order to fulfill each families Volunteer Bond obligation, families must earn 2 Dib credits for each registrant.

Please refer to our FAQ section for a list of some of the common questions regarding the Dibs program.
