 ou can see from some of her achievements below. She also has a pretty sou
 nd coaching philosophy!\n\n&quot\;The purpose of coaching is more than ju
 st creating the best athletes\, but it is to create outstanding individua
 ls. I have been fortunate enough to be coached by some incredible coaches
  throughout my own ringette career. These coaches have shaped who I am as
  an athlete and as a person. It is my goal to be able to do the same for 
 the athletes that I get the opportunity to coach. I want to be able to cr
 eate a fun and safe environment for athletes\, a place they can go to de-
 stress and escape. I also want to give athletes the opportunity to create
  unforgettable memories and build lifelong connections.&quot\;\n\nAlice w
 as a Junior Coach from 2015 thru 2019. In the 2019-20 season\, she was a 
 Co-Head Coach to the U14A team\, and in the 2020-21 season\, she was an A
 ssistant Coach to the Mission U14AA team.\nAlice is currently a Power Ska
 ting Instructor\, and has been since 2014. \n\nCongratulations Alice!
