Ryan did a fantastic job last season creating an evaluation process that adapted to the situation we faced with Covid. It was a learning curve for everyone, but I think he did a great job and showed initiative and drive. He was receptive to feedback, and encouraged input from other members. I think Ryan has great ideas and would love to see what else he has in store for this season!
